With over 15 years of experience serving as a human resources manager, one rule has stayed constant during my professional journey: when recruiting, I focus on individuals who can add value right away rather than those with impressive educational backgrounds but limited real-world preparedness.

Throughout the years, I've spoken with various candidates, including recent university graduates with master’s degrees as well as those who possess extensive job experience without official certificates.
